The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course is instructor based in the classroom practicing with a DVD.  Students will be able to view the information and then practice those skills needed to respond to and manage: first aid, choking and sudden cardiac arrest emergency.  Students will practice with manikins during the class and first aid kits to ensure proper technique.

Students also learn the following skills: how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use.  Cards are distributed to students after completion of course.
